  • Paperwork: Sign our auction contract, provide two IDs, and your solicitor's details.

  • Access & Legalities: We'll need to visit the property for marketing prep. Your solicitor will organise legal documents, which we'll put online for potential buyers.

  • Our large buyer and investor network will receive your property details.

  • We'll use our website, emails, and socials like Facebook and Instagram for promotions.

Viewings:

  • Interested? They can visit your property.
