Gemma Williams - Director
Let me introduce myself, my name is Gemma and I am the director here at Property Auction Agent. A few things you should know about me; I’m a Royal Navy Veteran (and very proud of it), I’m a rugby mad Welsh girl whose weekends consist of spectating rugby or going for sea swims, and most importantly I absolutely love all things auction! I come from a very close-knit family and it is their influence and expertise that led me to this point. With over eighteen years in the industry, my family have passed down a wealth of knowledge and that’s why I am confident in our brand and the service we deliver. I fully believe in the personal face to face approach, in auction we see so many different circumstances and backgrounds, and it’s my job to listen to what YOU need and take you through the whole process step-by-step. We take the stress off your shoulders and make buying or selling at auction as stress free as possible. We will never bamboozle you with jargon, we are always available to chat to you and we get real results.

Julie, with over 20 years in the estate agency industry, thrives in her collaboration with her daughter, Gemma. As a former manager of a successful auction department in a renowned local estate agency and later as a director of her own auction company, Julie has in-depth experience in both traditional and online auctions. Her firsthand knowledge of the auction process's benefits for both vendors and purchasers is a testament to her expertise. Committed to exceptional client service, Julie is always ready to guide clients through the intricacies of the online auction process.
